Velveeta Beef Dip

  • 2 pounds velveeta cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans rotel

Cook ground beef and drain well.
Cut Velveeta into 1 inch chunks and put into sauce pan, over low heat.
Stir in Ro-Tel, and cooked beef.
Cook over low, stirring often, until cheese is melted. If mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk.
Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
